This page explains how to delete your The Big 6ix account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this yourself in the app, or request it by email.
Changed your mind? Before the deletion is processed you can tap Cancel Deletion in the same Settings screen.
If you can't access the app, email inveniumm@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", sent from the email address or including the Discord username linked to your account so we can verify and locate it.
When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data tied to it, including:
Aggregated or anonymised season records that do not identify you may be retained for historical leaderboards. We may also retain limited information where required by law.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once complete, your account cannot be recovered.
